Monkey Puzzle pay introducer's fees should your recommendation lead to granting of planning permission once we have taken control of the site. Introducer fees vary between 0.5%-1.5% of the new enhanced value of the land, with no financial input from yourself.

If you do know of a potential plot, Monkey Puzzle will make the first approach to a landowner, (as most landowners are unaware their land has potential) so it would be unnecessary for you to do this.
