Monkey Puzzle receives money from the land buyer, so does not require any financial input from the land/homeowner at any stage.
The builder who purchases the option agreement (click here to contact us for more information regarding option agreements) will pay Monkey Puzzle a separate commission, in addition to paying the landowner the complete 100% market value of the land.
Land buyers are fully prepared to pay Monkey Puzzle an extra commission because of the national shortage of building plots.
